My stay at Xieng Khouang Hotel was a mixed bag. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the bus station, but the facilities left much to be desired. The staff was generally unfriendly and my first room had bed bugs, which was a huge bummer. On the bright side, I had a good-sized room and the WiFi worked well, so it wasn't a total loss.
